MapInfo Pro v15

This month will see the release of the second iteration of 64bit MapInfo Professional software, v15.2. This means that people who are running a 64bit system can now get even better functionality from their mapping software. If the 64bit system is not right for you or your organisation, you can continue to use the 32bit iterations of the software which Pitney Bowes Software are continuing to release.

For those of you who do not yet have a 64-bit operating system, MapInfo Pro v15 is available in a 32-bit version. Please note: we are skipping the culturally “unlucky” numbers 13 (in Europe and Western hemisphere) and 14 (in some eastern cultures).

Please note the 64 bit release of v15.2 is scheduled to be available in late October.
